I was checking out Out of Regz and the return policy was easy to understand. It explained the return window and the condition items need to be in, which I appreciated. The layout could be a little cleaner, and if there ever was a mix-up with a return, I’d expect at least a quick apology from customer service. But overall, the info was clear and I didn’t notice any weird hidden terms.

I was hoping it would feel a little nicer, but the material came across cheap to me. It also felt scratchy on my skin, which made it hard to want to wear it for long...

I’ve been using this pretty much every day, usually tossed on the counter next to my keys and coffee mug, and it still looks great. No real signs of wear yet, which surprised me a bit.

I got the tracking updates quickly, and the order showed up without any issues. So in that sense, everything worked fine. Still, I’m not totally confident yet — it helped, but it didn’t completely rebuild my trust.

"Print didn’t match the preview"
I ordered a shirt from outofregz and the print was a little off compared to the preview. It wasn’t lined up quite right, and the colors looked more dull in person. The shirt itself felt fine, but the placement of the design made the whole thing seem kind of cheap. What annoyed me more was feeling like it probably went through some automated system without anyone actually checking how it turned out. Not the worst order ever, just not really what I expected.

"Payment was okay, but the support transfer was annoying"
Checkout itself went through fine, so no big issue there. I just wish they showed a bit more security info before asking for my card details because it didn’t feel super reassuring. I also tried asking support about it and got transferred to someone else, which was annoying and made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

I waited weeks for my order to show up, and the tracking barely moved the whole time. Every time I checked, it was like the package had vanished into some secret warehouse black hole. I’m not saying there’s an international shipping conspiracy going on, but the lack of updates definitely made it feel like someone, somewhere, did not want me knowing where my stuff was...

My order showed up and most of it was correct, but one item wasn’t what I picked. Am I missing something, or should that have been caught before it shipped? It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was definitely annoying and took a little time to get sorted out. Overall, it was just an okay experience for me.

I don’t know, the site just didn’t really give me confidence. When the details feel unclear and the whole thing looks kind of random, how are you supposed to trust the brand? I personally wouldn’t take the risk and buy from there.

"Looked awesome online, total letdown in real life"
I really wanted to love this shirt because it looked so cool in the photos, but wow, the disappointment hit fast. The fabric felt super cheap the moment I put it on, and after one wash the stitching started coming loose like it was surrendering to the universe. Definitely not buying this again.

outofregz.com does have some decent customization options, and I was able to get things close to what I wanted. But it made me slow down and figure things out the hard way more than I’d like. Some of the options weren’t super obvious, so I had to keep messing around and basically be patient whether I wanted to or not. It’s not bad overall, just not as smooth or easy as I was hoping. Simple previews would make a big difference...

What annoyed me more was getting inconsistent answers when I had questions, like one person would say one thing and another would say something different.
